The best and worst thing about this place is that they allow you to bring your own parts. My most recent experience..I took my car there thinking that it needed o2 sensors, well they changed one (I can’t confirm which of 1 of 4) and then said they don’t need to be changed. Advised me to purchase a high pressure fuel pump (informed them that both were replaced last year), I purchased one but that didn’t resolve the issues. It’s like they can’t really diagnose or unwilling to if you don’t speak Spanish. I paid them $255 to install those two parts that are NOT listed on my receipt, I’m not really sure that either part was replaced, I had to have my car towed from there to a Kia dealership, and found out that my problem was fuel injector 3 was stuck open. I would highly suggest not going to this place if you don’t speak Spanish, at least then then communication should be clearer.
